When I decided to take up triathlon I had one big road block - I had never swum before in my entire life. I tried reading books and teaching myself but I always felt like I was slipping through the water. Then I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Mark. His knowledge and patience has taught me how to turn the water into my own personal propulsion system.
