I met Mark about 2 years ago. I had gone through an Ironman training season, and got swimmers shoulder REAL bad, so I sought out Mark for his help. He tore down my stroke and rebuilt it. I have been able to maintain my performance level at lower volumes and without pain. Because of how he took an interest in me personally, I am now turning to Mark as my triathlon and life coach. I am looking forward to reaching the next level with his coaching and counseling.
