As an Ironman triathlete, I find swimming to be my least comfortable event. Thankfully, Mark has helped improve my stroke immensely, and I now feel much more efficient in the water. Mark is exceptional in his ability to analyze and modify strokes. I have been referring patients to Mark, and the feedback that I receive is overwhelmingly positive, with reports of better swimming and less shoulder pain due to better stroke mechanics.
